Warranty & RMA Policy

This Warranty and Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Policy applies exclusively to Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions for onboard DC-DC converters, tethered drone power systems, and industrial power modules (collectively, “Products”) purchased directly from Levane Power or its authorized distributors.
1. Limited Warranty
Levane Power warrants that its standard Products shall be free from material defects in materials and workmanship and shall substantially conform to the applicable published specifications for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
This warranty is extended to the original Buyer only and is not transferable. Samples, prototypes, and evaluation boards are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
2. Buyer's Obligations
To be eligible for warranty service, the Buyer must:
Inspect the delivered Products promptly upon receipt and notify Levane Power in writing of any obvious defects within two (2) weeks of delivery.
Notify Levane Power of any latent defects within ten (10) business days after discovery.
Provide a detailed written description of the defect, along with the order number, product model, and serial/lot number (if applicable).
Failure to comply with these notification obligations may void the warranty for the affected Products.
3. RMA Procedure
No Product may be returned without a prior written RMA number issued by Levane Power. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
The RMA process is as follows:
Request: The Buyer submits a written RMA request to info@levanepower.com (or the designated support email) with the information required in Section 2.
Evaluation: Levane Power's technical team will review the request. If the defect appears to be covered under warranty, an RMA number and return shipping instructions will be issued.
Return: The Buyer must return the defective Product, freight prepaid, in its original or equivalent ESD-safe (anti-static) packaging, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside. Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of RMA issuance.
Inspection: Levane Power will inspect the returned Product to verify the defect. If the defect is not covered under warranty, the Buyer will be notified, and the Product may be returned at the Buyer's expense, or repaired for a fee.
4. Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Levane Power's sole and exclusive obligation shall be, at its option:
To repair the defective Product;
To replace the defective Product with a new or functionally equivalent Product; or
To issue a credit or refund for the invoiced price of the defective Product.
Repaired or replaced Products will be returned to the Buyer, transportation prepaid, and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
5. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not apply to any Product that has been:
Subjected to misuse, abuse, or accident, including but not limited to electrostatic discharge (ESD), improper handling, or physical damage.
Modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Levane Power.
Soldered, mounted, or otherwise incorporated into a customer assembly or end-product. Once a power module is soldered or integrated, the warranty is void.
Used outside the published specifications, including exceeding maximum ratings for temperature, voltage, or current.
Damaged due to improper installation, storage, or maintenance.
Purchased from a source other than Levane Power or an authorized distributor.
Customized or OEM/ODM Products, unless a defect is verified to be caused by Levane Power's workmanship.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEVANE POWER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY THE BUYER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT AT ISSUE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEVANE POWER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or cost of procurement of substitute goods, arising from any cause whatsoever, even if Levane Power has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN SECTION 1, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVANE POWER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
